WHAT MAKES MY CLASSES SO DIFFERENT?

It begins with my mission– to make every student (regardless of ability, shape, size, age, or experience) feel safe and seen.

 

Right away you discover that you are more than just faceless person on the yoga mat or a Brady Bunch box on a Zoom screen.

 

I know every person’s name.  And injury.

 

And I am an expert at tailoring the yoga practice to meet your needs. 

 

I am not just calling out postures and random cues.

 

In every class, I see you.

 

I modify for injuries, customize for your level, offer safe and compassionate verbal assists so you feel better and stronger as a result. 

 

You breathe deeply and feel your body in new and exciting ways.  You learn how to build strength safely. You open tight spots, work your core like never before, and build internal heat through movement and longer-held poses.  

 

My classes are so much more than mastering the perfect yoga pose.

 

You learn to notice, feel, dig deep, discover what is healing, and then make the most empowering choice you can.
